Like in any company, there are some challenges to face. Sometimes, the workloads can be high and require good time management skills. Additionally, there can occasionally be a toxic atmosphere when there are perceived threats to job security. However, the support from colleagues and the opportunity to consult with them makes these challenges more manageable.

Friendly atmosphere and challanging cases makes it very interesting to work at GP. The top management is also very open to your requests and allows a good balance between work and 'social life'.
