High stress and high risk environment

Job security is decent, not much else.

Entire company is structured poorly. Corporate support on any issues is very weak. With non-luxury properties, further career scope remains limited. Pay-scale is lower compared to multinational brands. Work culture is not good; lack of team spirit and more of a blame game. Staff perks such as duty meals and accommodation are below standard. Overall it’s a mess.
