Cons
It has become a haunt of political rapacious people who circle around the boss and force him to make outrageous decisions. The layoffs have been in waves since 2023, they even went so far as to recruit a couple who started at the beginning of May only to lay them off 3 days later! And they continue to open job offers while the company is in a huge deficit. The strategy and technical leads do not provide any work, and hide behind their teams who do everything for them.
