      Gilson doesn't carry debt, which makes it a stable company regardless of current economics.

      Cons

      One of the way's Gilson avoids debt is by only hiring staff once the need is overdue. This means a lot of other people are expected to work overtime etc until it is more profitable to hire a new employee.

      Great people to work with Excellent benefits, best I've ever had bar none Fast paced and usually a heavy workload Could be yourself there My supervisor was a good leader

      Heavy workload so there wasn't a lot of work/life balance Lack of employee incentive Most employees in production feel overworked and under appreciated
