great kids, beautiful facilities (ice rink, middle school, athletic center), small class sizes, easy schedule, free lunch, self-assessments in place of parent-teacher conferences, two week spring break
Cons
chief academic officer, extremely low pay, homophobic teachers, no transparency from admin/business office, lots of extra requirements, little to no discipline, outdated classroom building and math and science building, favoritism, no salary schedule (very secretive), sharing classrooms, you have to stay after school for 55 minutes
