      Pros

      There are some nice people but they usually leave after a couple of years when they realize how bad the leadership is

      Cons

      Back stabbing, petty leadership that only cares about the school never getting a bad rap. will not watch out for the employees and caters to anyone with a fist of money to throw at them even if the kids are suffering for it. Numerous coverups regarding sexual incidents and hazing as well as cheating

      Great environment, supportive department heads. Tons of freedom to teach

      Pay is low. Upper Admin seems to have a lot of static inertia
