      Pros

      Other employees are good. That's the only pro.

      Cons

      Management are reluctant to adapt to new technology leading to a decline in customers and staff. Very little notice to needing to work late into the night.

      Pros

      - Modern technology stack on some projects - Theres a pool table

      Cons

      - Under staffed ~ Quite a few projects are struggling to meet expectations of clients which have been over promised by CEO/Product Management team. - Under paid compared to other equivalent jobs in bournemouth - Managment is not transparent with needed infomation about the companies plans. A lot of the time teams find out what is going on through the grape vine - Can't use the pool table most days as there are meetings through lunch and occasionaly after working hours
