Horrible Management - Maintenance Gilman Precision Employee Review

Everything in the building is very old, every machine is at least 30 years old. Management is cheap will not fix things when needed to be fixed will skirt around issues and not do preventative maintenance on all their old equipment their motto is run it till it breaks so if you value nice machines and good working condition and not constantly having your machine down I would not recommend working here !
