      Pros

      You can make incentive moving at a fast pace and making your quota.

      Cons

      They make you work overtime when the machine breaks down "Saturday or Sunday" or both to get their products out. There's not enough people to pull the weight at times nut the little people that they do have makes things happen with hard work dedication and determination.

      The communication level across all levels, the way I was welcomed in by all, the way everyone has supported when asked upon, the way I was allocated into training in all departments of the process flow of our facility, Gildan academy training is one of my favorites, I have never had anything like at any other company

      Training with some of our computers apps good be better, I have asked for the ability to get some training on a certain app but have yet to receive
