Pros

Safety & Respect: Strong focus on safe, respectful working conditions across manufacturing facilities. Culture & Teamwork: Supportive community with a strong sense of team, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Benefits & Stability: Solid, reliable employment with competitive benefits and, in some cases, on-site medical support. Training & Development: Access to training, with $1 million invested in employee development, offering a chance to learn new things

Cons

High Workload & Fast Pace: The work is described as physically demanding, with a very high workload and high expectations. Poor Management & Communication: Many reviews cite issues with management, including poor communication, lack of fairness, and, at times, cluelessness regarding daily operations. Long Hours & Limited Work/Life Balance: Especially in manufacturing, employees report 12-hour shifts and demanding schedules, which can lead to burnout. Specific Working Conditions: Some employees report uncomfortable working conditions, such as high heat in manufacturing, or having to deal with cotton dust. Strict Rules: Some locations have strict rules, such as not allowing employees to leave for food during breaks, or requiring them to stay inside the building.
