pros - great lawyers and secretarial team. the work itself is very interesting and enjoyable, and never a quiet day.
Cons
cons - the pay is subpar. the partners and management are terrible. lots of restructuring happening in the company so everything is currently hitting the fan and plenty of resignations and people being let go. management has no idea what they are doing, sinking the company into the ground. I believe this is due to a lack of formal and academic qualifications and/or training. as for the senior partners, very rude and difficult to work with, expect to work after hours, sometimes 3-6 hours overtime with no extra pay. they treat their support staff very poorly. 0 work-life balance, expect to work like a machine with little to no recognition.
