      Pros

      Absolutely nothing any longer! They screwed up their own app.

      Cons

      Every since they changed their algorithm it has gone downhill to nothing. You can no longer see your profile and update your status or experience. Also, job offers just stopped! The app is a joke now. Don't waste your your time with them!
