Avoid at all costs - Anonymous employee Gigg Employee Review

Hired at an entry level position with the promise of a promotion to a marketing role within a month. Got fired after 3 weeks after sitting in a team meeting where the HR lady talked about all the interviews she’s planning to do that week to grow the company. Execs are all over the place and don’t have any internal systems to keep things flowing efficiently. No training included - Don’t overlook the reviews stating poor product/market fit and execution. Ultimately regret my experience here and rejected several other strong offers due to promises made by the owner. Makes a good sell yet has nothing of substance to back it up.
