Pros

GigeNET is a small company that really cares for its employees and the work they do. The management is involved and open to new ideas and letting employees try new things. They support ongoing technology education. The technical teams that support the customers are some of the best qualified and really work well together as a team and are always sharing knowledge. The work can be difficult because of the large variety of applications and technologies used by clients and their expectations of service levels. But the company supports the efforts of the support teams. I wish more large companies had this culture. GigeNET teams are like families.

Cons

I believe the only downside of this company is that it is small and pay will not always meet market levels of larger companies and this is true of any small business company. But its a trade off, quality of life, family support etc. is where GigeNET is outstanding.
