Positive office culture and high visibility / communication with management Effective training and resources to get me up to speed Good team culture (team events, relationships with coworkers) Feel like I’m learning a lot

-More organizational structure / company hierarchy would be nice (probably would expand as the company grows) - Even more career-building training and ops would be nice
