Pros
Nothing. Only tea and evening snacks are complimentary.
Cons
You will learn nothing here. They take seasonal intern to make them work in a sweat shop. You will work like low skill labor (data entry / other manual tasks). You are better off doing literally anything else then wasting your time here. Minimal pay (around 5K). No conveyance cost, no food cost. You have to pay everything from your own pocket. You have to work 8+ hours with minimal break time. They will give you a corner desk and no one from the IT dept will get a chance to know you. Basically there is zero networking opportunity.
