Pros
1. Feedback - GigIndia focuses alot on feedback, constructive feedback at that. The CXOs make sure they are giving constructive feedback to the team on a regular basis. On the other hand, anyone from the team (even a junior most employee) can give the CXOs feedback and you'll see them working on it. 2. Amazing team - As busy as a start-up team can be, noone will ever say no to helping other team members. To quote Dumbledore, "Help will always be given at GigIndia to those who ask for it" 3. A lot of space for trial and error - Everytime you go to your manager taking an issue or a problem, you'll always be asked "what do you want to do about this?" And 99 out of 100 times you will be given the freedom to try out your ideas first even if it is at the expense of time or the campaign budget.
Cons
There are some start up level cons like a lot of work at times, but nothing worth cribbing.
