Pros
The products they have are well put together and the staff is friendly.
Cons
Higher ups do not know what’s going on - nor do they care. They pawn most their work off to their “leads” who are for the lack of a better part more frustrated then they are. This company would run 100% better if most of the higher ups were not there. Most of the managers are lazy and if they aren’t they micro manage you.
