Pros
Work life balance, flexibility, learning and get to work independently. I am deaf and I am proud that I am treated at par in everything we do. I get to learn a lot and develop my skills, I also get to spread awareness to my deaf community and support many for job opportunities. There is work flexibility and I also got Paternal leave when my baby was born this year. I am also given opportunity to work independently and freely. It's a good place for both People with and without Disability. In my team we have Visually Impaired too and I love working with all.
Cons
The one issue you may face if you are joining just as a job and not passion then sometimes during peak time you need to work extra hours. But you see impact of same out there on beneficiaries across India. But yes, when work is less you also get to go early or have flexibility to work from home.
