- experience no matter, skills and sincerity matters - you can get promoted if you are putting your 100% - fast moving organisation, gets a lot to learn - you will work in multiple areas, not any specific, which never makes you get bored - team is very supportive
Cons
- since it’s a fast growing organisation, one should be ready to accept fast changes and increase in responsibilities , which many feels difficult to perform ( but you should not forget, only this process can make you an updated individual ☺️)
