Don’t recommend - Digital Marketing Gift Wellness Employee Review

My team is so lovely! The hours are nice. Remote.

We are just not given enough work yet we always have to prove that we are doing lots of work. It’s honestly ridiculous. Having 30+ people in a digital marketing team for this very small company will mean that work will get spread so thin. I have NOT learned any new skills that would help further my career after Gift Wellness. Working here was a waste of 6 months. The CEO is bad. She’s so so dull and so so unconvincing. You can tell how little she cares about some of her staff. I’m pretty sure all of us are from the kickstarter…all 30+ of us so she doesn’t bother to make a connection with us because we will all be gone in 6 months. ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE OF BEING TAKEN ON AFTER THE 6 MONTHS. Overall bad experience here. Pick a kickstarter that you think will value YOU as a person!

Had the ability to be creative and freedom to come up with my own ideas for the posts. Could also work on different platforms at the same time which meant I got to have a fulfilling experience.
