      Pros

      One of the things that stuck out to me when joining the company was the amount of people who have worked here for 10+ years. To be fair, this could bring about a stagnation of new ideas, however they still continue to innovate. For the most part, people seem to genuinely enjoy working at G+D.

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
