      none(at least in Pune office) Salary Package could be looks tempting to join(but think twice and do ask for in hand salary)

      Not good projects, Old technologies and no development process follow, Non Agenda meetings No Canteen

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Cons

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
