1. Worst in employee recognition 2. Forget about Salary increment (Range between 4 to 8 percent YOY). 3. Age old technology 4. Narrow Minded management. 5. It is no more than offshore development center where no decision maker seats. 6. Yes man managers. No use to employee at all. Frankly why they are there what they do is mystery. 7. If you are experience candidate try to avoid this company. if you think, you want revenge on yourself then surely go for it. 7.
