      Short commute, free parking, clean bathrooms

      Cons

      Employees were miserable, unmotivated and I witnessed several resignations. Blue collar mentality - unprofessional management -- swearing and bullying employees are regular occurrences Not a team environment - Sink or swim Bonuses are low for industry standards

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Cons

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
