Pros
Very good collegiality throughout the company. Aspiring colleagues and management that want to make an impact. Interesting projects in very innovative fields. Grateful to have had the opportunity to work in a great family company and hidden champion.
Cons
As we pivoted quite a bit that was somewhat a challenge, but being a new strategic initiative by the company this was foreseeable and to be expected, as we all went to a process of learning and this is understandable.
