      Extreme bad culture unfortunately driven directly by higher management. High level of favorism is part of culture. India office is no MNC rather worst than other Indian companies. Upper management just do not know how RnD works. 0% German culture and with 100% politics with HR dept virtually doesn't exist.

      None. Niche product development company with some best work done by past employees.

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Cons

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
