If you are fresher don't join , they can fire you any time. Freshers didn't get projects. TL ask you wait after office if you have any doubt , just to show manager , you are helping. Experience people didnot work and the Young employees and contractors who work , they dont let them work. Work in month of Feb and March , Just give sweets to Manager and he will give promotion to you without working on Projects
