Pros
Some great people in HQ. Great knowledge of the business and knows what they are doing. Still a great technology but seems to be lagging behind its competitors.
Cons
Significant culture shift from two years ago, especially in Australia. The MD is a horrible person who looks at people as objects - readily thrown away if she thinks they do not contribute. Not a collaborative environment and everyone is just too scared to say anything.
