      Pros

      Work life balance. Quite convenient place. Can go to Munich. Learn how vendor environment works. Multi tasking is a daily thing.

      Cons

      Direct manager shows favouritism and so no way for promoption. Pay and benefits are below market rate. Benefits never been increased since I joined.

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Cons

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
