      The office was great and my closest team lead was amazing. There where one or two brilliant colleagues.

      Cons

      Overloaded with managers. Pretending to be agile even though they are not. Heavily steered from Germany.

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Cons

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
