Pros

Great work environment, flexible, diversity in work, great people! I look forward to coming to work and it's one of the few places where I enjoy almost everyone I work with - which is crazy given the number of staff employed here. I have many opportunities to grow into different roles, and they are very accommodating when it comes to people switching their preferences on the work they'd like to do. Additionally, there is a high staff retention rate, so I feel like the information I receive is from well-experienced professionals. Everyone has seen almost every scenario there is to experience!

Cons

long employee growth period/career advancement. I say that, however, to note that the opportunities are there, but that it will take you time to get there due to the high retention of staff and the wide range of projects everyone handles. It may be a con to those looking to jump around and bump up the resume quickly, but less of one for those who are looking to tackle all types of projects and be genuinely prepared for that next step up.

Pros

Flexible work environment, they treat you like an adult, compensated fairly, decent healthcare and 401k options, easy going work environment.

Cons

If you're not an engineer, there are few growth opportunities. Also, the building and offices could use some updating.
