      Pros

      If you are unemployed sitting on your mother couch without a job and you need income then please waste your time getting a pay check here. If you have any other option take it before you work at this company.

      Cons

      This company doesn't have a health care plan, they have asked all employees to take a 20% pay cute. They will not lay anyone off but they will fire you so you will not be able to collect unemployment benefit. The owner is a real PIECE OF WORK. Managers are a waste of time they will throw you under the bus to save their own skin.

      Pros

      Family oriented business that creates a great balance between work and family. Good pay structures and great benefits. The culture is one of the best of have worked in in over 40+ years.

      Cons

      I really don't feel there are any cons to working at this company.

      Pros

      The amount of knowledge at Gibraltar IT is unbelievable. Everyone works together as a team to achieve one goal, and that is to give exceptional support to there clients. The owner of Gibraltar IT is hard working and inspires his employees by leading the way. I have never before met a person that cared about the well being of his employees as much as he does. Gibraltar IT is company on the rise and will continue on an upward climb.

      Cons

      I must say that while I had the opportunity to have an internship with Gibraltar IT I never experienced anything that could be considered a downside.
