the staff can become like a second family, but certain people abuse their power.

You can work hard and not get recognized. Almost impossible to move up. Been stuck in the same position for 4 years even though i was being pushed to train and help other workers do their job. Yet I STILL GOT CRITIZED at the employee evaluation
