Pros

- Great location if you live in the Burbank area - All employees are very nice and easy to get along with - Since the agency is new to media buying and still trying to build out a qualified team (currently only one campaign manager), there’s is a lot of opportunity for the right person to advance and make an impact.

Cons

- Inconvenient & irregular work hours: 10am - 7pm - Lack of digital marketing, specifically media buying experience, as management / account managers only have the most basic understanding of ad networks like Facebook & Google AdWords - Communication with clients regarding ad accounts must go through a account manager / “middleman” which can slow down optimization/suggestions - GP failed to deliver pay check on time once while employed with company - Inexperienced media buying team - Novice level understanding of attribution - Media buying team has very basic understanding of the best practices for each ad platform e.g., Facebook, AdWords, Criteo - Very few processes in place around reporting, media strategy, internal communication, etc. - Passive aggressive emails from COO - Management fails to provide enough work for media buying team and expects employees to sit idle for hours - Management fails to effectively manage client expectations by promising all clients a 400% minimum return on ad spend after launch - No dental or vision benefits and only a 38% match on health plans
