Nice to work but low pay, fake culture - Software Engineer Giant Machines Employee Review

We are sorry to hear that your experience at GM didn’t meet expectations, as we care deeply about fostering an empathetic culture where everyone feels valued. If we came up short here, that’s on us, and something we’ll continue to work toward doing better. It’s important to us for all employees to have their opinions heard and their individual circumstances taken into account. Hybrid work policies have been difficult to create and implement across the world post-pandemic. We understand your frustration around the change but do want to clarify that our hybrid work policy provides far more flexibility and accommodation than your review suggests, and disagree with the assertion that complaining about GM’s hybrid work policy provides grounds for termination.
