Does not have many projects. Very vary limited reach and less opportunities to change projects. There's no work life balance. Personal life will not matter if you join here due to very very long working hours. There's no proper appreciation. If you are working they will try to dump more responsibilities. You will work even during holidays and weekends. No compoffs and obviously no extra salary benefits.
