Pros

- Quick to find work if one's after casual labour with zero hours with temporary worker status, which have less employment rights than employee status. - Do get other offers of casual work at low pay.

Cons

Many; - Recruitment consultant spelt my surname wrong so many times. That's a good start considering I spelt it correctly in front of her own eyes(!) - I applied for Warehouse Operative role, to work for Cooper Vision, in Segensworth but they processed my application for a completely different role with the same job title and at UK Mail, which the latter is casual work with zero hours at minimum wage. I got suspicious when I saw the assessment involved questions relating to parcel handling. The Cooper Vision role never advertised the fact that the company required references sent from a company email address. Good job for making me wait a few months after applying for that role and get screwed over like that. - I had to travel quite a distance to the Portsmouth branch (the above roles are advertised at that office) to register my details twice because they did not implement the GDPR properly at their company. - After confirming my that I was able to work at the shift, another office from the agency phones me about 3 hours before the shift starts. - Loads of calls from them looks like one gets loads of worthwhile leads, for low pay jobs. - After I experienced loads of calamities, I gave up responding to them because I was so let down by them. Definitely won't be working for them again.
