do not listen to their employees

Not many, people are leaving and not being replaced. the office is a Ghost town.

Where to start? Upper management micromanages, Sales/Marketing has no Marketing plan, grasping for anything that will sell. The offices are like a country club, employees coming and going whenever they want, Upper management plays favorites to certain employees, no room for advancement, sales are dropping 25% each year. Making payroll every two weeks is never certain. Layoffs on the horizon. The owners are Narcissistic, they treat employees as second class citizens.
