Project Coordinator - Project Coordinator Ghods Builders Employee Review

I recently resigned from my position at Ghods Builders because my husband was offered a new job in Alberta. Worked for Ghods for more than 8 years and found it challenging, but well worth it. Ghods really treats his employees like one of his family members. Its a family owned company and you really get a sense of community. That being said, there is plenty of room to grow within the company. They have a lot of things going on all the time with lots of assignments.

One of the biggest issues I had with Ghods Builders was the morning commute. I come from Ajax and the winter weather was really not conducive to the drive. The good thing is they have free parking for their employees and they're near the subway.

The people seem nice ...i guess

Was mislead, thought would be a reception role, when i got there they gave me a different role that i didnt apply for...wanted me to do things that they should of hired a project manager for not receptionist.
