The manufacturing and distribution in Bergamo is first class. The products are of a high quality when compared to the competitors. There are some innovative products.
Cons
The Italian operation is impressive, but they are incredibly arrogant. They lack any understanding of the UK market and how to make the changes needed. Product development is painfully slow and is always late to market and over-priced. The UK business is very poorly managed by both the Italian and the UK Senior Management Team. There is no UK stock (3-5 days from Italy). The minimum order value is too high and unacceptable to many customers. Customer service is at best unhelpful and sometimes just plain rude. Their project business is a joke, its just standard products in box and then marked up to eyewatering prices.
