Pros

Most people were friendly, the brand name affords the chance to work on excellent partnerships, access to New York Fashion Week, working with world-class photographers

Cons

As a 20 year old company, the company is showing its age. While the company would have outsiders believe that they are a "tech company" they are far from it. The company is filled with legacy hires. An archaic territorialism exists in literally every facet of the business. If you're used to being in a truly innovative, fast-paced environment where new ideas and approaches are encouraged, this is not the company for you.

- fun culture where you get to hear talks by photographers - adopts new technologies relatively early in the game - a really great place to learn and grow as a developer

Cons

- can handle shifts/re-orgs poorly with communication, leaving employees feeling unheard and unvalued.
