Hi, there! Thank you so much for the work you've done at Getty Images throughout the last 10+ years! I am so glad you've had such an incredible experience as an employee, so thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We aim to make Getty Images the best place you'll ever work, and we are proud of the benefits that make this true; it sounds like you've had a great experience with those benefits, and I am so glad to hear it. Thank you, also, for your recommendation to continue the learning and development programs. This is certainly something we will keep moving forward. We have new Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) coming down the pipeline, as well as morale activities to celebrate the traits that make all of our employees unique. Our Culture and Development team is also continuously developing new trainings, both through Zoom and in Work Ramp, and we offer Udemy for Business, an online learning platform for those who want to extend their learnings just a little but farther. If you have any other suggestions for continued learning and development programs, or if there is anything else you'd like to share, please feel free to email me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com!

Cons

- can handle shifts/re-orgs poorly with communication, leaving employees feeling unheard and unvalued.

We’re really glad to hear that you have a positive view of our culture, particularly the opportunity to engage with photographers and our adoption of new technologies. It’s also great to know that you found our environment supportive with opportunity for growth - we always aim to ensure employees feel that they can learn and grow within their role, and others. We also appreciate your feedback regarding communication during shifts and reorganizations. We recognize that periods of change can be challenging, and it’s important that our communication is clear, consistent, and inclusive so that employees feel heard and valued. Pros

WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

Cons

Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
