We have new Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) coming down the pipeline, as well as morale activities to celebrate the traits that make all of our employees unique. Our Culture and Development team is also continuously developing new trainings, both through Zoom and in Work Ramp, and we offer Udemy for Business, an online learning platform for those who want to extend their learnings just a little but farther.
