It is great to hear that your interactions with colleagues were positive and that you took part in our unique and special culture and product. We pride ourselves on these two elements and dedicate tremendous time and resources for continuous improvement. However, I am so sorry to hear that your experience with management was poor.       - fun culture where you get to hear talks by photographers - adopts new technologies relatively early in the game - a really great place to learn and grow as a developer

      Cons

      - can handle shifts/re-orgs poorly with communication, leaving employees feeling unheard and unvalued.

      Pros

      WFH, good overall culture. Good people.

      Cons

      Leadership has been slow to stay current and modern in the workplace. The business is straddled with debt from a pervious investment company that had bought Getty and gutted it. Future is uncertain.
