Lot's of talented people with great skills an Ideas. You can work independent without constant control, people trust you. Great social activities such as football, softball, pub quiz or just night outs together. lot of incentives for sales win ipads, vouchers, etc. good chances for bonuses in non sales roles too. Sales salaries are virtually uncapped - the more you sell the more you earn. Some very talented Senior Leaders like Michael Teaster you can look up to and are absolutely down to earth.
Cons
Unfortunately some changes in Marketing leadership to people who create non-outstanding work but are blinded by past success. you will most likely have a 35h contract but also will most likely always do more with no paid overtime. Some not so talented senior leaders.
