We also appreciate the concerns you’ve raised. As we navigate the Shutterstock merger, we understand that changes can create uncertainty. Our goal is to communicate clearly and proactively as plans develop, and to ensure that any transitions are managed thoughtfully and in line with our Leadership Principles.
Your comments about recognition, visibility, and career progression are valued as well. We always want to recognize contributions, clarify expectations, and make growth paths transparent. Our quarterly manager/employee check-ins are a great time to discuss career goals and progression. Please know your HRBP is available as well should you wish to have further conversations.
