- Majority of staff is friendly

Cons

- false advertisement, lured in by being told I get a 500$ salary then the owner tells you it’s only commission. I should have left there and then. - They act like they are genuinely interested in helping you but they just want you there to go through leads to see what’s hot and not then senior reps somehow have your leads. - attempt to close leads from manager was like waving money in front of him and having it set on fire to get some assistance. - they all pity you and just wait till you are ready to quit, only advice is keep calling. - they have a wheel for bonus which seems great but it’s only for those who got a deal in, not those who been struggling all month to try to survive and make ends meat.
