The pay wasn't bad at the store

Working here was a huge eye opener. The owner of the store is very frantic and unorganized. His attitude reflects on the employees and is basically the sum of the outcome they all are. The main buyer believes she runs the place so she often speaks very condescending and is not inclusive when it comes to working as a team. How do you expect people to grow if you give off negative energy? I want to just give a heads up to anyone looking to work here. There are many good people that work in store - but the office is a tough place. If you want to grow in your career and achieve immense amount of knowledge without getting treated like garbage; then go somewhere where the company is legit, the workers are motivated to build each other up and create successful days everyday. You should never go to work/leave work feeling sick because of the way people treated you. Overall, this was a really awful experience for me. I feel grateful I don't work with this company any more- although I did learn a lot about people and how you will always run into people that don't really have a clue whats going on and try to defeat you.
