This company has Great people to work with. the moral is always positive. Getman offers great pay, vacation, and benefits. Getman works with all its employees and is very understanding that people have families and things come up and family comes first. Its always a great feeling when a company makes there employees feel appreciated.
Cons
Getman builds custom underground mining equipment therefore things are always changing. sometimes communication is lacking. we work on this everyday to improve.
