Toxic culture - Anonymous employee Getir Employee Review

Very toxic culture and very bad leadership management. 5/5 days work policy is such a joke. No wonder why all employees are starting to leave 1 by 1. The feedback speaks itself: no employees want to stay at Getir for more 1 one year and no one recommends Getir as an employer. No growth opportunities. Good work is rewarded with more work. Salaries are less than the industry benchmark. No benefits apart from 10% off on grocery and Urban Sports. Transportation costs were never given, but now when there is the '49euros ticket', they are acting as a good employee and giving to all employees.
